Optometry (PIO) programs outside of California for the first time. Focused on achieving practice excellence by improving financials, staffing and marketing, PIO 2010 will take place at the Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, from Oct. 23 to 24, 2010.

PIO 2010, a Management & Business Academy (MBA) program sponsored by CIBA Vision and Essilor, will present proven strategies and tactic, via the specialized education program designed to teach private practice ODs advanced business strategies and techniques to improve practice performance. Now in its sixth year, MBA is endorsed by the American Optometric Association. The MBA seminar, featuring prominent practice management experts, is being conducted in partnership with PEN and ABB CONCISE, with support from the MBA sponsors.
