GREEN ISLAND, N.Y.--Silhouette International launches two collections for Daniel Swarovski Crystal Eyewear, the new Cosmic Solitaire optical and the re-released Melange Sun collections.

Sophistication, elegance and minimal modernism are the key elements to the Cosmic Solitaire line. The asymmetrical cut of a solitary crystal lends a modern brilliance to the design paired with translucent pastel colors. The range’s two rimless models, the S186 and S188, offer colors ranging from cool topaz to iridescent aqua. All models of the Cosmic Solitaire collection are multilayered with 23K gold which makes the frames corrosion-resistant, nickel-free and anti-allergenic.

First launched in 2005, Daniel Swarovski has re-released the Melange sun collection. Five new rich color variations are available per model and the exclusive Silhouette material, SPX, is gilded with 23K gold and dozens of hand set Swarovski crystals. Model S642F is fashionably oversized, while models S636 and S637 offer rimless shapes sure to fit all faces. Each sun frame is 100 UVA/UVB protective with scratch resistant sun lenses. SPX models, S641 and S642 offer an extended bridge option which broadens this collection to fit any and all bridge shapes.

Silhouettes Daniel Swarovski Cosmic collection is priced to the dispenser at $340, while the Melange collection is priced at $345. ■
