Signet Armorlite Launches New Website

Signet Armorlite (SA) is launching a new corporate website, signetarmorlite.com. The new website expands the company's message of Kodak Lenses as "Vivid Solutions for Life" for optical patients and eyecare professionals.

The website includes three subsites. The Kodak Lens subsite provides in-depth information about Kodak lenses including Kodak Unique Progressive Lenses. Patients can learn about the wearing experience for all Kodak progressive lenses. Eyecare professionals may visit this section to discover the features and benefits of Kodak lenses as well as view product literature and videos.

The Professionals subsite is divided into two sections: Eyecare Professionals (ECPs) and Optical Lab Professionals (LabTech Pros). To continue Signet Armorlite's dedication to the independent practitioner, the ECPs section offers information regarding the various programs, tools and resources to help ECPs grow their practices.

The LabTech Pros section focuses on providing technical tools and resources to optical lab and technical professionals. Among the resources, is the online product catalog where optical lab professionals can easily search for up-to-date lens specifications, barcodes and base curve selection charts. Information regarding material processing and optical supply offerings is also available.

2012 Vision-Ease Lens Forum Offers Sales and Marketing Training for Business Growth to Customers

Vision-Ease Lens (VEL) will host the 2012 Vision-Ease Lens Forum on August 22-26, 2012, offering customers sales and marketing training to grow their customer base. Held at Secrets Maroma Beach in Cancun, Mexico, customers can qualify to attend through working with their VEL sales representative to set and meet growth goals. Originating two years ago as a Latin American customer event, VEL has expanded this year's event to include U.S. and Canadian customers, and expect more than 120 people from more than 20 countries to attend.

The four-day event will include sales and marketing training, highlighting business and industry trends to help customers develop and grow their businesses. In addition, the event will feature renowned industry speakers and offer opportunities for networking and enjoying the resort.
